About Us

The Maryland COP Cup is operated by the COP Cup Committee members of the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.

The COP Cup was formed in 2023. Participation was limited to just MDTA Police Personnel in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, the COP Cup has expanded beyond what we all originally thought possible. The COP Cup became the "Maryland COP Cup" and is now open to ALL active law enforcement in the State of Maryland.
